The bamboo juice is put into a stirrer to be heated to 75 to 80 DEG C, and is cooled down to 40 to 50 DEG C after half an hour of heatpreservation; the glycerinum is added and uniformly stirred; the jasminum sambac extractive, the wheatgerm oil, the shaddock peel extractive, the zingiber officinale roscoe extractive and the foliumartemisiae argyi extractive are added and uniformly stirred; homogenizing is performed for 30 to 40min at 8 to 12MPa and 40 to 50 DEG C; the raw materials are heated to 90 DEG C; sterilization and cooling are performed, so that the hand cream is obtained.
