Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a route repair method and device, and solves the problem of excessive control overhead and repair delay in the existing routing repair method. The route repairmethod is applicable to one local node in a network topology, and comprises the following steps: determining a new parent node according to a scheduled rule; generating a route local repair message,and sending the route local repair message to the new parent node, wherein the route local repair message comprises a fault address list, and the fault address list at least comprises the address of alocal node; or when the route local repair message that a destination address of a network layer is the address of the local node is received, establishing or updating a downlink routing of a fault node included in the fault address list, and forwarding the route local repair message to a root node along an original uplink routing.
