early warning system and method for toxic and harmful gases and abnormal personnel posture in underground mines, belonging to the field of
mine safety monitoring. The
system includes an underground wearable terminal, monitoring substations, a hierarchical
data processing unit, an early warning
execution unit, and a ground monitoring terminal. The wearable terminal integrates
environmental perception, posture detection, vital sign collection, and low-power
wireless self-organizing
network communication modules, simultaneously collecting underground environmental, personnel movement, and physiological data. The
data processing unit performs time-series filtering,
correlation analysis, and
hazard matching on multi-
source data, intelligently distinguishing between underground scenarios and human
vital signs to differentiate between emergencies, sensor drift, and normal operations. Communication supports multi-hop
relay, with 72 hours of timestamped data buffered during network outages and automatic resume transmission upon
network connection. The terminal is intrinsically safe and explosion-proof, equipped with a
backup power supply, and adaptable to extreme underground working conditions. This invention is not a simple functional aggregation, but possesses significant inventiveness, is compliant with relevant laws, and has complete and undefended rights protection, making it applicable to various types of underground mine monitoring and early warning of accidents.
