Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, so that those skilled in the art can implement it with reference to the description.

[0037] It should be understood that terms such as "having", "comprising" and "including" as used herein do not entail the presence or addition of one or more other elements or combinations thereof.

[0038] figure 1 It shows an implementation form of coding for a liquid phase chip analyzer according to the present invention, wherein: the light-colored coding point 1 is an identification code, and the dark-colored coding point 2 is a traditional classification code. By selecting one or several coding addresses on the traditional coding matrix in the classification channel as the identification code, the microspheres with the identification code no longer specifically bind any analyte in the sample, but directly carry the corresponding Markers such as fluorescent proteins. Th...

Abstract

The invention discloses a coding and decoding system for a liquid-phase chip analyzer. The system comprises a microsphere array consisting of different coded addresses; coding microspheres, each corresponding to a unique coded address on the microsphere array and fixedly connected with a capture unit which is capable of specifically binding to a sample to be tested, wherein the sample to be testedfurther specifically binds to fluorescent reporter molecules; and identification microspheres, each corresponding to a unique coded address on the microsphere array, wherein the identification microspheres are fixedly connected the fluorescent reporter molecules of different concentrations. The invention also discloses a coding and decoding method for the liquid-phase chip analyzer. A corresponding detection method is selected according to detected sample types. The coding and decoding system and method provided by the invention can solve the problem that manual setting of sample detection types has influence on batch detection efficiency and problems in cost and flux loss caused by performance redundancy due to low resolution requirements of encoding detection during batch detection, sobatch detection efficiency is remarkably improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a codec system and method for a liquid phase chip analyzer. More specifically, the present invention relates to the optimization of a liquid phase chip encoding and decoding system and method, which is used to realize automatic processing of measurement results and instrument control according to sample types when testing multiple types of samples in batches. Background technique [0002] The liquid phase chip decoding analyzer is a biomedical analysis instrument used to detect the type and content of biomolecules in samples. It has the ability to detect up to a hundred different biomolecules in a biological sample in parallel. The high throughput of the detection process is the advantage of the technology and also the user's demand for this technology. This technology is often used in batch detection. [0003] The existing detection process needs to manually set the detection category of each sample hole on the software after...
