Problems solved by technology

[0005] Thus, the following problems can be eliminated: if the same user encounters long-time waiting for many times, it will increase the sense of distrust and anxiety for the elevator, and the user will be dissatisfied with the elevator.
[0007] Thus, the following problem can be eliminated: Even if the quality of service desired by each user who generates each call is different due to the change of the operation control method based on the plan and statistical processing results, it is impossible to respond to each call according to the request. Each call of the call to change the quality of service

Embodiment 1

[0033] figure 1 It is a block diagram showing a main part of a group control elevator apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The group control elevator device includes: boarding cars 1A~1N of multiple elevators; boarding car control units 2A~2N respectively controlling the boarding cars 1A~1N; building arrival detection units arranged far away from the elevator hall 3A-3N; the elevator hall arrival detection unit 4 and the notification unit 5 arranged in the elevator hall; the user management unit 6, the user management unit 6 is connected with the building arrival detection units 3A-3N, the elevator hall arrival detection unit 4 and the notification unit 5 are connected to each other to manage information about users; and a group control unit 7, which acquires various information from the user management unit 6 and boarding car control units 2A-2N, and controls each boarding The number machines 1A~1N perform group control. Here, the user management u...

Embodiment 2

[0090] Next, Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described, but this embodiment is different from Embodiment 1 in that the Figure 5 Step 8 is shown with a change. Since the other control steps are the same, description thereof will be omitted. Image 6 It is a flowchart showing boarding car change processing of the group control elevator apparatus according to the second embodiment.

[0091] In the previous embodiment, in step S8 , the one-week time of the boarding car after the temporary change was calculated, and the change was decided from the boarding car whose increase in the one-week time was smaller.

[0092] In contrast, in the present embodiment, in step S13, which replaces step S8, the temporarily changed estimated operating routes of each boarding car are generated and the one-week time is calculated respectively, and the one-week time of all boarding cars is calculated at the most. The averaged boarding numbers are determined as changing boarding numbe...

Embodiment 3

[0095] Next, Embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described, but this embodiment is also different from Embodiment 1 in that the Figure 5 Step 8 is shown with a change. Since the other control steps are the same, description thereof will be omitted. Figure 7 It is a flowchart showing boarding car change processing in the group control elevator apparatus according to the third embodiment.

[0096] In the previous embodiment, in step S8 , the one-week time of the boarding car after the temporary change was calculated, and the change was decided from the boarding car whose increase in the one-week time was smaller.

[0097] On the other hand, in this embodiment, in step S14 instead of step S8, the estimated operation route of each boarding car after the temporary change is generated, and the averaged boarding intervals to the lobby floor are obtained from the estimated operation route information. The flight is determined as a change boarding flight.

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel group-control elevator device which is capable of suppressing long waits, and which is capable of avoiding the occurrence of situations in which passengers of a number equal to or greater than passenger capacity converge on one car and cannot board the car.  A destination floor is obtained from personal identification information of a user, and a boarding car number serving the obtained destination floor is un-signed.  When the boarding car number assigned to the user is predicted to be congested, a boarding-car-number change request is generated for the user, and when it has not been confirmed that the boarding car number predicted to be congested will stop at the destination floor of the user, or when said boarding car number is predicted to be full even though stoppage at the destination floor has been confirmed, a boarding car number to which the aforementioned boarding car number is be changed is determined from among boarding car numbers other than the aforementioned boarding car number.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a group control elevator control device, in particular to a group control elevator device which shortens the waiting time at the elevator hall and a method for allocating boarding cars of the group control. Background technique [0002] In large-scale buildings, a system has been introduced in which multiple elevators are arranged side by side in order to increase the user transport capacity of the elevators, and the most appropriate elevator car is selected for service when registering calls at the elevator hall. Furthermore, as the scale of the building increases, the number of elevators installed side by side will also increase. The group control device is used to properly control these elevators to improve services such as reducing the waiting time for users. [0003] In such a group control elevator device, for example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-78045 (Patent Document 1), Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-81541 (...
