Abstract

The invention discloses a transmission method and device. The method comprises: in a single cell of coordinated cells, a base station selects a cell center user and a cell edge user for pairing according to a preset rule; the base station notifies the information of the cell edge user to other coordinated cells of the coordinated cells, so that the base stations of the other coordinated cells select respective cell center users and the cell edge user for pairing; and the cell edge user and the multiple paired cell center users perform non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) transmission at the same time.
