According to the technical scheme, a ventilation layer is arranged at the inner lower portion of a bag body; a discharging pipe which extends outwards is arranged at the position, on one side of a material bin, at the bottom of the bag body, wherein the inner end of the discharging pipeline communicates with thematerial bin; an inflation bin air inlet pipeline communicating with the interior and the exterior is arranged at the position, wherein an inflation bin is located, of the bag body; an air bag is arranged at the bottom of the bag body; and a discharging air blowing pipe communicating with the extending part of the discharging pipeline is arranged at the position, wherein the inflation bin is located, of the bag body. After the air bag is inflated, the bag body is ejected up, and the material bin is obliquely arranged towards the discharging pipeline. By means of the self-unloading type powderloading and transporting device, the air bag is additionally arranged at the bottom of the bag body, during unloading, a draught fan conducts inflation on the air bag and the bag body at the same time, the bag body is ejected up gradually along with unloading so that the material bin can be obliquely arranged towards the discharging pipeline; and meanwhile, the discharging air blowing pipe is arranged so that powder or particle materials can be effectively prevented from being accumulated in the discharging pipeline to cause blocking, and the unloading safety is ensured.
