The complexion detection module is used for determining body constitution information of traditional Chinese medicine of a person under detection according to observation results of the person's face and tongue, and voice recognition and pulse analysis. The body detection module is used for acquiring body constitution information of the person under detection. The vision module is used for acquiringvision information of western medicine of the person under detection by detecting vision, color blindness and color amblyopia. The information processing module is used for receiving the body constitution information of traditional Chinese medicine determined through the complexion detection module, environment information acquired through an environment detection module, the body constitution information of western medicine acquired through the body detection module and/ or vision information acquired through the vision module, and determining the body constitution result of the person underdetection according to the received information while providing a corresponding health care conditioning scheme.
