signal, which are used for testing the indexing of receiving and transmitting parameters of a millimeter
wave radar and complicate communication signals; the millimeter wave fixed amplitude-amplifying module of the transmitting device can improve the temperature stability of the output signal in amplitudes at the temperature
ranging from -10 DEG C to 60 DEG C, and is convenient for conducting precise measurement on a
radar receiver; the millimeter wave
signal modulation mixing module can realize the analog of Doppler echo signals of the millimeter
wave radar of different distances, and the front and back edges of the millimeter wave pulse generated by the millimeter wave
signal modulation mixing module is less than 8ns, and the
distortion never occurs in a narrow pulse of 100ns, and the millimeter wave
signal modulation mixing module has more than 90dB of extremely dynamic
numerical control precise attenuation; the receiving device can ensure that no
distortion occurs in a
dynamic testing range of 40dB, which is convenient for frequency measurement and
pulse analysis; the transmitting device and the receiving device of the invention are easy to be realized, the costs of the components adopted are low, the size of the device is small, and the device is portable.
