The substrate has a signal electrode, a signal line, a lead-out line, a reference potential electrode, and an inductor. The signal electrode is provided on the second surface and is connected to a functional element of the chip component via the signal line. The lead-out line has one end and the other end. One end of the inductor is connected to the other end of the lead-out line, and the other end of the inductor is connected to the reference potential electrode. The one end of the lead-out line is connected to the signal electrode or the signal line at a position closer to the second surface than the one end of the inductor.
