fastener, in particular to a
tower crane anti-loosening early warning bolt, an early warning nut and an early warning fastening device. The
tower crane anti-loosening early warning bolt comprises a bolt body, a first elastic contact
assembly, a first PCB, a first battery, a sealing cover and a first alarm. The bolt body comprises a head and a shank which are connected with each other. The first PCB is fixed on the end face of the head away from the shank. The first battery and the first alarm are both mounted on the first PCB and are seamlessly wrapped by the sealing cover. The head is provided with penetrating holes, and one first elastic contact
assembly is mounted in each penetrating hole. One end of the first elastic contact
assembly is fixed to the first PCB, and the other end is exposed from the head when not compressed. The alarm mechanism is arranged on the bolt, which makes up for the deficiency of
alarm failure caused by possible loosening of the early warning nut. The early warning bolt collects the pressure information of the first elastic contact assembly through the first PCB, and when the early warning bolt is loosened, the pressure is reduced, so that the first alarm can be started to give an alarm.
