Firstly, time sequence data is established for multiple days of MOD02 and MOD03 data from the MODIS, time sequence daily value data of multiple days of NDVI and brightness temperature is obtained, break points in the time sequence daily value data of the NDVI and brightness temperature are recognized through a time sequence break point recognition algorithm, and the recognized break points serve as potential fire points; relative fire points are distinguished from the potential fire points through a space context analysis method; real fire points are extracted from autonomous modular sensor data, the relative fire points are compared with the real fire points, and the correctness and leakage rate of the relative fire points are verified. The potential fire points are distinguished through the method that the time sequence data break points are detected through the BFAST algorithm without determining the potential fire points through fixed threshold values, therefore the algorithm has higher adaptability and flexibility for fire point distinguishing, the defects that the regional difference cannot be met by distinguishing the potential fire points through the fixed threshold values is overcome, and the fire point correctly discriminating rate is increased.

A real-time wide-area synchronous satellite monitoring method for a mountain fire of the power grid comprises the following steps that a remote sensing signal receiver receives different wavelengths of remote sensing signals of a synchronous satellite which covers a specific area in real time; for each received pixel point, whether the pixel point belongs to a cloud layer is determined by carrying out cloud layer detection via a reflectivity and/or a brightness temperature of the pixel point; if the pixel point does not belong to a cloud layer, whether the pixel point is an absolute mountain fire hot spot is determined according to brightness temperature data of a specific channel; if the pixel point is not the absolute mountain fire hot spot, whether the pixel point is a potential mountain fire hot spot is determined according to brightness temperature data of pixel points in the surrounding; whether the determined absolute/potential mountain fire hot spot represents a solar flare is determined; if the determined absolute/potential mountain fire hot spot does not represent the solar flare, a digital map information map is used to obtain fire points by screening; and the fire points are determined by utilizing position information of power transmission and transformation equipment, and alarming is raised according to conditions. The method can be used to realize real-time and wide-area monitoring for the mountain fire of the power grid, and practical monitoring requirements for the mountain fire of the power grid are met.

Because of the nuclear drive method, the spatial resolution of the auxiliary data is high; the image fusion method has the higher temporal prediction ability; and with utilization of advantages of the two kinds of methods, temperature downscaling is carried out by using the multi-source remote sensing data. Compared with the separate nuclear drive method, the remote-sensing surface temperature downscaling algorithm is suitable for the heterogeneous regions better; and compared with the separate fusion method, the remote-sensing surface temperature downscaling algorithm can obtain a multi-phase surface temperature with higher resolution.
