Embodiment 1

[0018] Papaya extract is made using the following methods:

[0019] (1) pulverize wrinkled papaya;

[0020] (2) Mix the wrinkled papaya powder obtained in step (1) with 60% methanol aqueous solution having a volume concentration 13 times the mass of the wrinkled papaya powder, ultrasonically extract for 45 minutes, and centrifuge to obtain filter residue and filtrate;

[0021] (3) adding a volume concentration of 9 times the mass of the filter residue to the filter residue is 60% aqueous methanol, ultrasonic extraction for 45 minutes, and centrifugation to obtain the filter residue and filtrate;

[0022] (4) the filtrate obtained by merging step (2) and step (3); evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain residue;

[0023] (5) Add distilled water 6 times the weight of the residue to the residue to redissolve; filter and freeze-dry the filtrate to obtain papaya extract.

[0024] 50g wrinkled papaya gets 30g papaya extract.

Embodiment 2

[0026] Papaya extract is made using the following methods:

[0027] (1) pulverize wrinkled papaya;

[0028] (2) Mix the wrinkled papaya powder obtained in step (1) with 50% methanol aqueous solution having a volume concentration 10 times the mass of the wrinkled papaya powder, ultrasonically extract for 60 minutes, and centrifuge to obtain filter residue and filtrate;

[0029] (3) Adding a volume concentration of 10 times the quality of the filter residue to the filter residue is 50% aqueous methanol, ultrasonic extraction for 60 minutes, and centrifugation to obtain the filter residue and filtrate;

[0030] (4) the filtrate obtained by merging step (2) and step (3); evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain residue;

[0031] (5) Add distilled water 8 times the weight of the residue to the residue to redissolve; filter, and freeze-dry the filtrate to obtain papaya extract.

[0032] 50g wrinkled papaya gets 31g papaya extract.

Embodiment 3

[0034] Papaya extract is made using the following methods:

[0035] (1) pulverize wrinkled papaya;

[0036] (2) Mix the wrinkled papaya powder obtained in step (1) with 15 times the volume concentration of the wrinkled papaya powder in an aqueous methanol solution of 70%, ultrasonically extract for 30 minutes, and centrifuge to obtain filter residue and filtrate;

[0037] (3) Adding a volume concentration of 8 times the quality of the filter residue to the filter residue is 70% aqueous methanol, ultrasonic extraction for 30 minutes, and centrifugation to obtain the filter residue and filtrate;

[0038] (4) the filtrate obtained by merging step (2) and step (3); evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain residue;

[0039] (5) Add distilled water 5 times the mass of the residue to the residue to redissolve; filter, and freeze-dry the filtrate to obtain papaya extract.

[0040] 50g wrinkled papaya gets 29g papaya extract.

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of papaya extracts in preparing a hangover alleviating agent. The papaya extracts are prepared through the method including the steps of firstly, smashing wrinkled papaya; secondly, mixing the smashed papaya with a methanol water solution, and conducting ultrasonic extracting and centrifuging to obtain residues and filtrate; thirdly, adding a methanol water solution to the residues, and conducting ultrasonic extracting and centrifuging to obtain residues and filtrate; fourthly, mixing the filtrate obtained in the second step and the filtrate obtained in the third step, and conducting decompressing and evaporating to dryness to obtain residues; fifthly, adding distilled water to the residues for redissolving, conducting filtering, and freeze-drying thefiltrate to obtain the papaya extracts. Thirty grams of dried extracts can be obtained from fifty grams of wrinkled papaya. It is proved through experiments that the papaya extracts have an activating effect on ethanol dehydrogenase (ADH); by activating the ADH, the metabolism of ethyl alcohol in human bodies is accelerated, the blood alcohol concentration is reduced, and the hangover alleviatingfunction is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of papaya extract and belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine. Background technique [0002] Wine is a common drink in people's daily life. Modern research has found that drinking a lot of alcohol can cause great damage to various organs of the body and cause various diseases. The liver is the main site of alcohol metabolism in the human body, so drinking a lot of alcohol will bring a great burden to the normal metabolism of the liver, and even cause liver lesions. [0003] After alcohol enters the human body, it quickly enters the blood circulation through the mouth, esophagus, stomach, intestines and other organs directly through the biofilm, and is quickly transported to various tissues and organs throughout the body. About 10-20% of the alcohol is absorbed in the stomach, 70%-80% of the alcohol is absorbed in the intestine, the alcohol absorbed by the stomach and intestine enters the...
