The visible light-initiated photoinitiator composition comprises a main photoinitiator and an assistant photoinitiator, wherein the weight ratio of the main photoinitiator to the assistant photoinitiator is 1:(0.1-10), preferably 1:(0.2-2), the main photoinitiator is an iodonium salt compound or a sulfonium salt compound or an arbitrary mixture of the iodonium salt compound and the sulfonium salt compound; the assistant photoinitiator has a structural formula shown in a formula (I),wherein in the formula (I), R is one or more selected from H, Cl, Br, I and NO2, and M is one or more selected from H, Na, K, Li and NH4.
