Problems solved by technology

It often happens that the existing inventory of a certain sku (after the purchase) cannot meet the order requirements of all merchants, and the order quantity of each merchant is different. The number of allocated goods is 0), which will affect the satisfaction of these merchants, and even affect the restaurant operation of these merchants. In reality, it usually depends on the sorting staff to artificially control the sorting amount during the sorting process or carry out after sorting Adjust the volume, reduce the size and then sort other stores. This completely relies on manual adjustment and sorting, which leads to a long time for the entire sorting process, which is extremely inefficient and inaccurate.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and system for generating an order for sorted and shortage reported fresh goods. The method comprises the steps of one, acquiring the shortage quantity to be reportedof the goods; two, ranking orders in a descending manner from top to bottom according to the unsorted quantity; three, selecting the first order at the top; four, subtracting one from the unsorted quantity of the selected order, and then calculating the shortage quantity to be reported according to the new unsorted quantity; five, judging whether the shortage quantity to be reported is 0 or not,if the shortage quantity is not 0, selecting the next order according to a sequence from top to bottom, repeating the step four; six, if all of the orders are selected and the shortage quantity to bereported is not 0, repeating the step three, the step four and the step five until the shortage quantity to be reported is 0. The system comprises an acquiring device, a sequencer, a calculator and ajudging device. The technical scheme of the invention can effectively meet ordering requirements of merchants, improves the satisfaction degree of the merchants, improves the working efficiency and ishigh in accuracy and easy to popularize and use.
