The aerobic denitrifying bacterium belongs to Aeromonas hydrophila, named ZJ-17, and is preserved in the China Microbiological Culture Preservation Management Committee General Microbiology Center, the deposit date is May 27, 2017, numbered CGMCC No.14206, the sequence of its 16S rDNA is shown in the sequence listing. Bacteria ZJ-17 is a non-fermenting gram-negative bacterium, obligate aerobic bacteria, the growth temperature range is 25-42°C, the optimum temperature is 25-30°C, it does not grow at 4°C but can grow at 42°C. The bacteria are 1.5-5.0 μm long and 0.5-1 μm wide, club-shaped or linear, arranged in pairs or short chains, with a single flagella at one end of the bacteria and no spores.
