Abstract

The invention provides an access control system which comprises a financial IC card reader, an access control lock and an access control lock management server. The financial IC card reader reads characteristic information of a financial card. The access control lock comprises a microprocessor and a secret key storage module. The secret key storage module stores public key information and preset authorization characteristic information of the financial IC card, the microprocessor judges whether the characteristic information is the same as the preset authorization characteristic information ofthe financial IC card, and if yes, the access control lock is controlled to be opened. The access control lock management server is connected with the financial IC card reader and a bank preset interface, receives the characteristic information of the financial IC card and sends the received characteristic information of the financial IC card to the bank preset interface, and public key data of the financial IC card fed back by a bank is received through the bank preset interface. According to the access control system in the embodiment, based on the financial IC card, universality is high, auser only need to carry the financial card to achieve the access control unlocking function of various areas, and user experience is improved.
