Abstract

The invention provides a method for analyzing the global sensitivity of a movement mechanism, and the method is applied to the movement mechanism containing a gap. The method includes the following steps that according to a preset input variable and a preset output variable, an actual motion relational expression and an ideal motion relational expression are determined, according to the actual motion relational expression and the ideal motion relational expression, a motion error function is determined, an envelope function is determined based on the motion error function, through the combination of the envelope function and a global sensitivity calculation formula, a calculation formula of each sensitivity index is determined, and based on the calculation formula of each sensitivity index, global sensitivity analysis is conduced on one movement mechanism containing the gap.
