The heating method comprises the steps of heating the purified water in the water tank of a water purifier with a heating unitand then storing the heated purified water in a heat preservation liner; when the temperature of the water in the heat preservation liner is lower than a first preset water temperature, pumping the water in the heat preservation liner to the heating unit for cyclic heating till the temperature of the water inside the heat preservation liner reaches a second preset water temperature; and when a user chooses to take water, choosing to pump the water in the water tank to the heating unit for heating and making heated water flow out according to the water temperature chosen by the user, or controlling the water in the water tank to directly flow out, or pumping the preheated water in the heat preservation liner to the heating unit for heating and making heated water flow out. With the water purifier heating method, the purpose of quick outlet of hot water can be realized.
