The full-screen optical fingerprint recognition terminal equipment comprises adisplay screen, a controller and an optical fingerprint sensor, wherein an integrated circuit region and a non-integrated circuit region are arranged below the display screen; the controller is arranged in the integrated circuit region and used for controlling an OLED in the corresponding region to emit light according to pressing operation by a user on the display screen to perform optical fingerprint collection on the user; and the optical fingerprint sensor is arranged in the non-integrated circuit region and used for performing fingerprint recognition on the user by use of an optical fingerprint image collected by an OLED self-light-emitting source. In this way, the OLED in the corresponding region can be controlled to emit light only according to the pressing operation by the user onthe display screen to perform optical fingerprint collection on the user through the integrated circuit region and the non-integrated circuit region arranged below the display screen, and therefore power consumption of the terminal equipment is reduced while the correctness of optical fingerprint recognition is guaranteed.
