The method comprises the steps of setting power type energy storagerated power, energy type energy storage rated capacity and frequency breaking points into populations, and setting the total cost corresponding to individuals in the population into a fitness function; performing iterative operation through a genetic algorithm by combination with a power distribution strategy to obtain the optimal solution of energy storage capacity configuration, wherein the power distribution strategy comprises the steps of obtaining microgrid data, calculating vacancy power according to the microgrid data, determining a non-direct-current component in the vacancy power, andperforming breaking on the non-direct-current component to obtain a low-frequency component and a high-frequency component; and in a preset constraint condition, performing power balance on low-frequency component in the corresponding energy type energy storage in the individuals, performing power balance on high-frequency component in the power type energy storage, and performing power supplementation on the energy type energy storage and the power type energy storage of a diesel engine.
