The power tank, the first non-return valve, the power generation unit, the buffer tank, the second non-return valve and the power tank are connected in turn through the connecting pipeline. The working medium in the system is the liquid conductive medium and thecompressible gas which flow according to the clockwise direction. When the external pressure is applied to the deformable diaphragm of the power tank, the pressure in the tank rises to drive the conductive medium in the power tank to flow to the buffer tank and the buffer tank is also pressurized; when the liquid conductive medium flows through the power generation unit, the induced electromotiveforce is generated; and when the external pressure is released, the liquid conductive medium in the buffer tank flows to the power tank so that one pulsating pressure driven power generation cycle iscompleted.
