Abstract
The invention discloses a static pressure cone bearing which comprises a supporting base, a containing part and a rotating part. The containing part is provided with an inner concave cone face and anouter surface. The containing part is further provided with multiple channels through which fluid passes. The channels are arranged in the inner wall of the containing part and penetrate through the inner concave cone face and the outer surface. Each channel comprises a first concave cavity arranged on the inner concave cone face and concaved inwards and a first hole channel through which the first concave cavity communicates with the outer surface. The multiple first concave cavities are arranged on the inner concave cone face along at least one arrangement plane which is the plane perpendicular to the axis of the rotating part. The supporting base is provided with a supporting base inner cavity matched with the outer surface of the containing part. The containing part is arranged in thesupporting base inner cavity and in interference fit with the supporting base inner cavity. The supporting base is provided with at least one supporting base channel communicating with the first holechannels. According to the static pressure cone bearing, in the working state, a convex cone makes no contact with the concave cone face when rotated, and therefore the dynamic rotation precision of arotating shaft on the cone bearing can be improved by adopting the gas or liquid static pressure technology.
