The method includes the following steps that: 1) when an AGV travels to the entrance of an intersection, the information of station gates at the entrance of the intersection is read; 2) the current states of the station gates are judged according to the read information of the station gates, if the current states of the station gates are locked states, a step 3) is executed, if the current states of the station gates are non-locked states, a step 4) is executed; 3) the AGV stops, the information of the station gates at the entrance of the intersection is obtained according to a set frequency, and the method returns to 2); 4) the AGV travels and passes through the intersection according to a set route, the states of all station gates at the intersection are defined as locked states; and (5) when the AGV drives out of the intersection, all the states of the all station gates at the intersection are defined as non-locked states. The AGV (automatic guided vehicle) traffic control method of the invention has a wide application range. With the method adopted, control gates are not required to be arranged separately, and the control gates can be deployed together with the station gates; and the problem that unlocking cannot be performed at an intersection due to factors such as signals can be solved. The invention provides a set of systematic process specially aiming at treatment and reuse of cold rolling oily wastewater in steel mills; the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) of treated outlet water is less than 10mg/L; the electrical conductivity of treated outlet water is less than 50mu s/cm; and oil and suspended solids are nearly eliminated completely.
