Problems solved by technology

In recent years, because clematis is deeply loved and sought after by people, and its economic benefits are huge, in order to obtain higher profits, unscrupulous merchants often use the variegated leaf orchid (Goodyeraschlechtendaliana) and the blood leaf orchid (Goodyera schlechtendaliana) Ludisia discolor) is mixed in Clematis, causing confusion in the market
[0003] At present, the research on the quality standards of clematis clematis in my country is relatively weak. There is no record about clematis clematis in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, only the 2006 edition of "Fujian Provincial Standards of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials" and the 2012 edition of "Fujian Provincial Standards for the Processing of Chinese Herbal Pieces" are included, which record The methods of microscopic identification and physical and chemical thin-layer analysis are relatively traditional, and cannot effectively identify clematis and its counterfeit products
Application number: 201210203783.4, Invention name: A method for establishing fingerprints of clematis and fingerprints of A. method, the method is cumbersome to operate, consumes a lot of chemical reagents, pollutes the environment, and only provides the fingerprints of two strains of clematis in Fujian and Taiwan, which cannot effectively distinguish other strains of clematis from counterfeit products

[0026] (1) Sample treatment: wash the fresh sample to be tested 3 to 5 times until the water becomes clear and there is no sediment on the surface of the sample, put it in a 60°C oven and dry it to constant weight, crush it through a 60-mesh sieve, take an appropriate amount from each batch and put it into a finger. Tube and compacted so that the sample height is 2cm, to be tested;

[0027] (2) Spectrum acquisition and preprocessing: Scan the sample with NIRFlex N-500 near-infrared spectrum analyzer, acquisition parameters: scanning range is 4400-4800, 5400-6600, 7800-10000cm -1 , the number of scans is 32, and the resolution is 8cm -1 , each sample is reloaded and scanned 3 times. Before each scan, the sample in the finger tube should be tamped to make the sample even and flat. The system will automatically store the NIRS spectrum of the scanned sample into the spectral database; in the NIRCal 5.4 data processin...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying anoectohilus formosanus and adulterants thereof based on near infrared spectroscopic technologyy. The method comprises the following steps: (1) takingsample powder to be detected, loading samples, and collecting a near infrared spectrogram; and (2) by adopting a PCA-Cluster analysis method as a calculation method, selecting first-order derivation (db1) and standard normal variateion (SNV) to pre-treat the near infrared spectrogram, and identifying the anoectohilus formosanus and the adulterants thereof by applying the score value of the principal components of the samples. The identification method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being simple, convenient, fast, accurate, green, environment-friendly, non-destructive to the samples and the like, can effectively identify the anoectohilus formosanus and the adulterants thereof, and has good application prospects.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the identification method of Aurantia clematis and counterfeit products thereof. Background technique [0002] Anoectochilus roxburghii is a plant of the genus Orchidaceae. It is mainly distributed in Fujian and Taiwan regions of my country. It is a perennial rare and endangered medicinal material. Ginseng" and other good names. Auranthus clematis has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood, dispelling wind and dampness, and is mainly used for nephritis, cystitis, diabetes, bronchitis, convulsions in children and other diseases, and has high medicinal and health care value. In recent years, because clematis is deeply loved and sought after by people, and its economic benefits are huge, in order to obtain higher profits, unscrupulous merchants often use the variegated leaf orchid (Goodyeraschlechtendaliana) and the blood leaf orchid (Goodyera schlechtendaliana) Ludisia discolor) is mixed in Axonum clematis, causi...
