Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of feeds and particularly relates to a feed microcapsule for piglets. A core material of the microcapsule is lactic acid bacteria; a wall material is propylene glycol alginate; a ratio of the core material to the wall material of the microcapsule is: (0.05-0.1):1. A preparation method of the microcapsule is as follows: 1) bacteria species fermentation liquid is prepared; 2) the wall material is prepared into an aqueous solution with a mass percentage of 30%-40%; 3) the liquid in the step 1) and step 2) is mixed, the mixture is subjected to high-sheardispersion and emulsification to prepare a precursor solution; and 4) the precursor solution is subjected to vacuum spray-drying to prepare solid microcapsule particles. The added feed microcapsule uses the lactic acid bacteria as the core material and the propylene glycol alginate as the wall material. The propylene glycol alginate can be rapidly destroyed in intestinal tract of animals, and thereleased lactic acid bacteria can occupy a colonization site in the intestinal tract, rapidly proliferate to become dominant bacteria, and thus achieve effects of inhibiting growth of pathogenic bacteria, etc.
