Abstract

The invention discloses a device capable of effectively recovering organic matter in squeezed residues of kitchen waste. The device comprises a first squeezer, a second squeezer and a squeezed residuerolling device; the squeezed residue rolling device is provided with a residue rolling cavity and a stirring cavity communicating with the residue rolling cavity; the residue rolling cavity is provided with a rolling mechanism; a residue inlet of the squeezed residue rolling device is formed in the residue rolling cavity, so that residues entering the squeezed residue rolling device from the residue inlet of the squeezed residue rolling device pass through the rolling mechanism and then fall into the stirring cavity; the stirring cavity is provided with a stirring mechanism; a liquid inlet and a discharge port of the squeezed residue rolling device are formed in the stirring cavity, so that the residues passing through the rolling mechanism and squeezed liquid are stirred and mixed and then are discharged to a feed port of the second squeezer.
