Abstract

The invention discloses a box transferring line for cylindrical lithium batteries. The box transferring line is used for transferring the cylindrical lithium batteries stored in first material boxes to second material boxes used for transferring the cylindrical lithium batteries. The box transferring line comprises a first assembly line, a second assembly line and box transferring parts. The firstassembly line is used for continuously carrying the first material boxes loaded with the cylindrical lithium batteries, and first material box positioning parts are arranged on the first assembly line. The second assembly line is used for continuously carrying the second material boxes for transferring the cylindrical lithium batteries, and second material box positioning parts are arranged on the second assembly line. The box transferring parts comprise first robots, the heads of the first robots are provided with first grabbing clamps for grabbing the cylindrical lithium batteries on the first material boxes, the box transferring parts drive the first grabbing clamps through the first robots, and thus the cylindrical lithium batteries are transferred to the second material boxes from the first material boxes. Through the box transferring line, the box transferring efficiency of the cylindrical lithium batteries is improved, and the automation degree of box transferring of the cylindrical lithium batteries is increased.
