Abstract

The invention provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises an imaging layer, a pinhole shading layer, a display array layer and a touch control layer. The imaging layer,the display array layer and the touch control layer are arranged in turn. The pinhole shading layer is arranged between the imaging layer and the touch control layer and comprises a shading area and at least one hole-shaped light transmission area corresponding to the imaging layer. The emergent light of the display array layer faces one side away from the imaging layer. The touch control layer comprises touch control grid patterns formed by conductive wires. At least one touch control grid pattern comprises a first grid corresponding to the hole-shaped light transmission area and a second grid outside the first grid, wherein the size of the first grid is greater than that of the second grid.
