The system comprises a ship precision data knowledge base used for storing each measurement precision data and precision theoretical data for ship manufacturing, a database searching engine module used for providing data knowledge searching for the ship manufacturing precision knowledge database, a system maintenance module of the knowledge base used for maintaining the ship manufacturing precision data, and a human-computer interactive operation module used for displaying results output by the data searching engine module and transmitting the knowledge data to a user interface module operated by human-computer interaction. By means of the system, storage of the data knowledge base and effective precision data knowledge management of the precision data can be achieved by the combination of four modules of the system.
