The coding device comprises a frame and a revolution platform in rotary connection to the frame, the revolution platform is rotationally connected to autorotation platforms which are symmetrical by taking the rotation center of the revolution platform as the center, first transmission shafts extend downwardly out of the bottom of the autorotation platforms respectively, the bottoms of the first transmission shafts are provided with first belt drive wheels respectively, a second transmission shaft extends downwardly outof the bottom of the revolution platform, the second transmission shaft sleeves a first sleeve and a second sleeve from inside to outside, the first sleeve is in rotational connection with the secondtransmission shaft, the second sleeve is in rotational connection with the first sleeve, the upper end portions of the first and second sleeves are provided with second belt drive wheels respectively,the first belt drive wheels are in belt transmission connection with the second belt drive wheels via a first transmission belt, the first and second sleeves are connected with first and second driving mechanisms respectively, and the second transmission shaft is connected with a third driving mechanism.
