The method for displaying business objects comprisesthe following steps: providing a screening interface comprising a map display area and a partition dimension display area, wherein in the partition dimension display area, at least one partition dimension and description information corresponding to multiple sub-dimensions are displayed; displaying a map of a target city in the map display area, wherein an area scope corresponding to the multiplesub-dimensions is displayed on the map of the target city; receiving partition dimensions and sub-dimension information selected by a user; and displaying business objects associated with sub-dimensions and selected by the user. With the method for displaying business objects, the method for processing map data, the client-side and the server, more abundant filtering information can be offered tothe user in order to diminish operation steps of the user.
