An embodiment of the invention provides a speech recognition method and a speech recognition device. The speech recognition method comprises the steps of: acquiring a plurality of speech data packets,wherein the packet size of the plurality of speech data packets is less than a first preset size; determining feature information of a speech signal of each frame in each speech data packet respectively; and recognizing the speech signal of each frame according to the feature information.
