Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing antibacterial cashmere yarns by using heterogeneous oxidized chitosan grafted cashmere. The method comprises the steps of firstly, dissolving macromolecular chitosan in ionic liquid, separating out chitosan in the ionic liquid by adding anhydrous methanol, and fully displacing the ionic liquid in the precipitate by means of impregnation with anhydrousmethanol and ultrasonic vibration so as to obtain porous chitosan; then, moistening and swelling the porous chitosan in the ionic liquid to form a semi-solid gel with a certain viscosity; after that,selectively oxidizing part or all of the hydroxyl groups at C6 site in chitosan pyranose ring into carboxyl groups by using an ionic liquid medium of a concentrated nitric acid-concentrated phosphoric acid-sodium nitrite system to obtain heterogeneous oxidized chitosan, then preparing the heterogeneous oxidized chitosan into a solution, and grafting the solution onto cashmere yarns; enabling thecarboxyl groups on the oxidized chitosan to be combined with amino groups in cashmere protein to form an amide crosslink bond so as to enable the cashmere yarns to have antibacterial property.
