Abstract

The invention discloses an integrated testing device for a hydraulic sliding ring and a use method thereof. The device comprises an oil tank, a low-pressure testing pipeline, a high-pressure testing pipeline, an oil returning pipeline, a hydraulic motor and the hydraulic sliding ring, wherein the oil tank is connected to the front end of the low-pressure testing pipeline, and the rear end of the low-pressure testing pipeline is connected to the hydraulic sliding ring; the oil tank is connected to the front end of the high-pressure testing pipeline, and the hydraulic sliding ring is connected to the rear end of the high-pressure testing pipeline; the hydraulic motor is connected in parallel between the hydraulic sliding ring and the input end of a rotating valve switch; the oil returning pipeline comprises an oil returning pipeline, an one-way valve and an unloading switch; the one-way valve and the unloading switch are connected to the oil returning pipeline from front to back; the front end of the oil returning pipeline sequentially communicates with the low-pressure testing pipeline and the high-pressure testing pipeline, and the rear end of the oil returning pipeline communicates with the oil tank. The method comprises the steps of low pressure and service life integrated testing, high pressure and service life integrated testing or low pressure testing, high pressure testing and service life testing.
