Abstract

The invention provides a driver circuit with current feedback. A circuit arrangement is described herein. In accordance with one exemplary embodiment, the circuit arrangement includes at least one output channel configured to be operably coupled to at least one load that is to be driven by the circuit arrangement. In the at least one output channel, the circuit arrangement includes a driver circuit configured to provide a modulated output signal, a current sense circuit configured to sense a load current passing through the load, and a feedback circuit configured to receive the modulated output signal and to determine, based on the modulated output signal, at least one digital value representing an average of the load current.
