The invention discloses a phytoecological floating breakwater which comprises a wave-absorbing floating body and anchoring equipment, wherein a planting platform is arranged at the upper part of the wave-absorbing floating body; a floating-aid cavity is arranged at the lower part of the wave-absorbing floating body; a groove is upward formed in the planting platform and filled with soil; wave-resistant plants with wave-resistant and soil-fixation functions are planted in the soil; water inlet-outlet channels communicating with the outside world are arranged at the lower part of the planting platform; water inlet-outlet ports communicating with the water inlet-outlet channels are arranged at the bottom of the groove; water-passing and soil-conserving parts used for allowing seawater to passand preventing the soil from passing are arranged at the water inlet-outlet ports; the anchoring equipment comprises anchors and cables; and the cables are connected between the anchors and the wave-absorbing floating body.
