The invention belongs to the technical field of
electrochemistry, and relates to a
system for recovering
phosphorus,
calcium and
magnesium through
electrochemistry-
biochar coupling and producing a slow release
fertilizer as a byproduct, which comprises an electrochemical pumping module and a
biochar fixed bed module, the electrochemical pumping module realizes membrane-free alkalization through an
anode pumping process and is provided with a water inlet and an alkaline solution overflow port; a lower inlet of the
biochar fixed bed module is communicated with an overflow port of the electrochemical pumping module, the biochar
fixed bed module is filled with a biochar
filter material, and an overflow port is formed in the upper part of the biochar fixed
bed module and used for capturing
phosphate precipitates and synchronously completing
solid-liquid separation and slow release
fertilizer forming; according to the invention, through modularized collaborative integration, alkalization,
precipitation, separation and product forming procedures in the
phosphorus recovery process are integrated in a continuous running whole device, so that the use of a membrane
assembly is avoided, and chemical alkali feeding and independent
solid-liquid separation units in the traditional process are omitted; therefore, a simple, efficient, economical and environment-friendly
phosphorus recovery path is provided.
