The air conditioner starting control method comprises the following steps that when an anti-strip-liquid mode is started, the three-way valve is controlled to disconnect a passage between the exhaust port and the four-way valve, the compressor is controlled to operate according to the preset frequency, the operation data of the compressor is acquired according to the preset time interval until the acquired operation data meet the preset conditions, and then the three-way valve is controlled to enable the exhaust port to communicate with the four-way valve.
