The dynamic cloud resource pricing method comprises the following steps: step 1, building a tree index structure; step 2, performing user data addition and deletion and other operative algorithms; step 3, inquiring based on dynamic pricing of the tree index structure. According to the problems of dynamic cloud resource pricing, the problems of extensive and single current cloud resource pricing are effectively solved by utilizing the tree index structure with Segment-tree and B-tree characteristics.
