Abstract

The invention discloses a caching method for reducing rule dependency by adopting multi-path search in an SDN. The method comprises the following steps of 1, describing an index used for rule selection; 2, when the exchanger capacity is N, selecting rules with first N rule weights as an initial result set; 3, dividing the rules in the rule set into multiple candidate subsets according to dependency relationships; 4, complementing the dependency relationships of the candidate subsets; 5, removing the rules comprised in the candidate subsets, performing the multi-path search from the candidate subsets, and selecting the rules to enable the total rule quantity to be equal to the total exchanger capacity; 6, selecting a rule set with the maximum total weight from the candidate subsets to serveas a target set; and 7, caching the rules comprised in the target set to an exchanger.
