Problems solved by technology

In addition, many studies have also shown that zinc deficiency is one of the most important pathogenic factors of recurrent aphthous ulcers. Therefore, adding zinc salts to oral care products is beneficial to the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers. However, zinc salts have a very strong metallic, bitter and astringent taste. , especially when oral care products contain high doses of zinc salts

Embodiment 1

[0030] 1. An additive composition containing lysozyme, the formula of which is any one of formulas 1-10 in Table 1.

[0031] 2. With reference to QB2738-2012 Evaluation Method for Antibacterial and Antibacterial Effects of Daily Chemical Products, determine the inhibitory effects of the compositions of formulas 1 to 10 in Table 1 on Streptococcus mutans, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli . And the antibacterial effect of the corresponding content of lysozyme was tested synchronously.

[0032] 3. Experimental results

[0033] (1) As can be seen from the results in Table 1 and Table 2, the additive composition of the present invention can significantly improve the antibacterial effect of lysozyme.

[0034] In addition, the bacteriostatic rate (see Table 2) when only zinc citrate was added, and the lysozyme activity and bacteriostatic rate (see Table 3) when zinc citrate and lysozyme were added simultaneously were also measured. From the resul...

Embodiment 2

[0053] 1. A toothpaste containing lysozyme, the specific formula of the toothpaste is shown in Table 6 Application Examples 1-10. The preparation process is as follows:

[0054] (1) Water-soluble ingredients such as polyethylene glycol, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium saccharin, and pigments are added to container 1, deionized water is added and stirred to dissolve; after dissolution, sorbitol is added;

[0055] (2) Add propylene glycol or glycerin and binder into container 2, stir and disperse evenly, add the dispersed rubber powder into container 1, stir and disperse;

[0056] (3) Add hydrated silica and other powders to the above dispersed system, and mix at high speed under vacuum for 15 to 20 minutes;

[0057] (4) Add essence and foaming agent, fully mix and disperse under vacuum for about 20 minutes;

[0058] (5) Dissolve lysozyme in deionized water, add it to the above dispersed system, fully mix and disperse under vacuum for about 10 minutes. The toothpaste produc...

Abstract

The invention discloses toothpaste containing lysozyme. The toothpaste contains a toothpaste additive, wherein the toothpaste additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:0.1 to 6 percent of a zinc-containing compound, 0.01 to 3 percent of the lysozyme and 0.1 to 20 percent of hydroxyapatite. According to the toothpaste additive, the zinc-containing compound, the lysozyme and the hydroxyapatit are combined to play an obvious synergistic effect, so that the antimicrobial effect of the lysozyme is enhanced and metallic taste and bitterness brought by zinc salts are also masked and reduced; meanwhile, the stability of the antimicrobial effect of the lysozyme can be significantly improved, a persistent antibacterial effect is achieved, as well as dental plaque andgingival bleeding are reduced. The toothpaste disclosed by the invention is prepared from an additive composition, a humectant, polyethylene glycol, hydrated silica, an adhesive, a foaming agent, essence, a chelating agent and a sweetening agent; by reasonably matching the types and dosage of all the components, the activity of the lysozyme can be effectively maintained, so that the aim of lastingand efficient antimicrobial effects is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of lysozyme application, in particular to a toothpaste containing lysozyme. Background technique [0002] Oral problems are mainly caused by bacteria. Using effective mouthwash, toothpaste and treatment of oral diseases can significantly reduce the number of pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity, improve or even eliminate oral diseases. Oral care products such as mouthwash and toothpaste can achieve these functions mainly by the active ingredients or antibacterial ingredients in the products. These antibacterial ingredients are mostly Chinese herbal medicines and chemical antibacterial agents. Chemical antibacterial agents such as triclosan , cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorhexidine, antibiotics, etc. Frequent use of oral care products containing these ingredients is likely to cause oral bacterial ecological imbalance, or cause bacteria to develop drug resistance, which cannot prevent oral diseases, but caus...
