Abstract

The optical vibration sensor comprises a laser emitting unit, a vibration sensing amplifying unit, a laser receiving unit and a standard waveform unit which are connected in sequence, wherein the laser emitting unit modulates light emitted by a light source; the vibration sensing amplifying unit introduces a modulated optical signal into a polarization-maintaining annular cavity, and the optical signal resonates to obtain two intrinsic polarization states; the laser receiving unitconverts the optical signal into an electrical signal, and obtains resonant demodulation curves and slope characteristics of the two intrinsic polarization state ESOPs, and a phase difference betweenthe two polarization states is utilized to achieve the induction of the vibration; the standard waveform unit performs uniform modulation and demodulation on transmission signals.
