Abstract

The invention provides a method for sending a cache status report, a terminal device and a network device. The method comprises that the terminal device determines a first resource, the first resourceis a resource configured for a first channel, the first channel is a data channel; the terminal device adds a first cyclic redundancy check (CRC) to the cache status report; and the terminal device sends a second channel on the first resource, or sends the first channel and the second channel on the first resource, the second channel is used for bearing the cache status report added with the first CRC. According to the embodiments of the present application, the terminal device individually adds a first CRC to the cache status report and bears same in the second channel to be sent to the network device so that the network terminal knows arrival of data corresponding to the second channel to the network device, so that the network device can configure resources for the data in advance, transmission delay of the data is reduced.
