On the existing pharmacological activity of jinlingzi and corydalis tubers,the novel clinic effect is screened out through deep research of a large quantity of experiments,due to an animal model for neuropathic chronic pain caused by sciatic nerve ligation,the noise pain inhibition effect caused by jinlingzi powder water extractives is researched,experiment results show that an obvious noise pain reaction can be caused after the sciatic nerve ligation model is implemented seven days,and the oral jinlingzi powder water extractives can obviously inhibit the mouse pain reaction. The jinlingzi powder water extractives can be prepared into the efficient and low-toxin treatment medicine for preventing and treating neuropathic pain,have the important economic value and are worthy of being applied and popularized.
