Abstract

An intelligent positioner for tunnel linear excavation and a using method thereof are disclosed. The positioner includes a fixing part, a longitudinal control disc, a middle connection bar, a transverse control disc and a lower connection bar. The upper end of the fixing part is a fixed end, and the lower end of the fixing part has a leftward-rightward rotating shaft. The longitudinal control discis fixedly connected to the fixing part, and is provided with a first arc-shaped long slot at the left-right direction. The upper end of the middle connection bar is connected to the leftward-rightward rotating shaft, the middle connection bar has a first screw hole, and the lower end of the middle connection bar is provided with a forward-backward rotating shaft. The transverse control disc is fixed to the middle connection bar and is provided with a second arc-shaped long slot at the front-back direction.
