Abstract

The invention discloses a device and method for measuring the pivoting friction torque of a shaft lever of a shaft system. The measuring method comprises the steps: controlling a moving end of a shaftlever to perform first movements from an initial position to an end position; acquiring a first mass value measured by a weighing device and a first angle measured by in inclination sensor in each ofthe first movements; controlling the moving end of the shaft lever to perform second movements from the end position to the initial position; acquiring a second mass value measured by the weighing device in each of the second movements; and obtaining a pivoting friction torque value F of the shaft lever according to a formula. The device and method of the invention control a to-be-tested shaft lever to perform a smooth circular movement by using a circular arc difference compensation algorithm, thereby reducing the disturbance of a measuring process. The to-be-tested shaft lever is connectedwith the weighing device through a hook, and there is no need of an additional measuring tool in the to-be-tested shaft lever, thereby avoiding the influence of the measuring tool on a to-be-measuredshaft load, and improving the accuracy of the measurement result.
