The overall recovery rate of metals in the waste circuit boards reaches over 98 percent, the cathode copper obtained by the copper electrolytic refining reaches 4N level, the copper removal rate in the copper anode mud reaches over 96 percent, the recovery rate of the gold reaches over 98 percent, the recovery of the platinum-palladium reaches over 96 percent, the recovery rate of the silver and lead reaches over 95 percent, and the recovery rate of the tin reaches over 90 percent. The method for the green recovery of the waste circuit boards has the characteristics of cyanide-free full-wet property, wastewater recycling, and no secondary pollution.

Method for extracting grease from schizochytrium

The invention discloses a method for extracting grease from schizochytrium. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adjusting the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) of the fermentation broth of the schizochytrium until reaching an acid stage, and then adding an organic solvent to stir, so as to realize the wall breaking of schizochytrium cells and extraction of microalgae oil; (2) adding a flocculant to the fermentation broth obtained in step (1) to flocculate, and extracting by the organic solvent to obtain crude algae oil; and (3) treating the crude algae oil by degumming, discoloring, and deacidifying / deodorizing, so as to obtain the microalgae oil rich in DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). According to the method disclosed by the invention, autolysis wall-breaking technology is adopted, so that the technological process in wall breaking and extraction of the schizochytrium can be simplified, the operation time in wall breaking can be shortened, the investment on equipment is decreased, and the cost is lowered; and the biological flocculant flocculation technology is carried out, therefore, the demulsification technological process is simplified, the time for layering is shortened, the layering effect is improved, the load due to wastewater discharge and water treatment caused by the demulsification process can be avoided, and the cost of water treatment can be lowered.

In a system and method for verifying the accurate processing of medical insurance claim data generated by a health care provider, a health care provider enters medical insurance claim information (data) into a health care provider terminal. The medical insurance claim data may include patient identification data and treatment data. The health care provider terminal stores and transmits the medical insurance claim data to a medical insurance claim processor operated by a medical insurance company. The medical insurance claim processor processes the claim data received from the health care provider terminal and generates processed claim data. Processed claim data may include patient identification data, treatment data, and payment data. Upon receipt of the processed claim data, the health care provider terminal compares the processed claim data with the stored medical insurance claim data originally submitted to the medical insurance claim processor. The health care provider terminal then generates comparison data indicating whether the stored medical insurance claim data has been processed in accordance with predetermined claim processing rules, which may be negotiated and agreed to by the health care provider and the medical insurance company. The comparison data also identifies processing errors, if any, in the processed claim data received from the medical insurance claim processor. The health care provider terminal may also generate and retransmit revised medical insurance claim data when the processed claim data has not been processed in accordance with the predetermined processing rules. Also, the health care provider terminal may automatically retransmit the medical insurance claim data to the medical insurance claim processor when the medical insurance claim data have not been processed within a defined period of time. Additionally, the health care provider terminal may verify the accuracy of treatment data prior to transmitting the medical insurance claim data to the medical insurance claim processor.

Such a control system has access to a memory which stores for each tray the type of recording sheets presently accommodated therein, and when the type of recording sheet required for a job is not available in any of the trays, indicates, through the user interface, the required type of recording sheet and invites an operator to place recording sheets of the required type in a specific tray. In response to a confirmation signal which simply confirms that the operator has completed the requested action, the control system automatically stores information specifying the required type of recording sheet in a location of the memory associated with said specific tray. Such a confirmation signal would e.g. be generated when the operator presses the start button. Alternatively, the control system may leave the selection of a tray to the operator, in which case the confirmation signal should include an indication of the tray the operator has chosen.
