The oxygen control device comprises a control module and further comprises oxygen content detecting sensors, a voice reminding module, an oxygen replenishing module and a ventilation valve which are electrically connected with the control module, wherein the oxygen content detecting sensors are used for detecting the oxygen content in a cab and the oxygen content outside the cab, the voice reminding module haves a voice reminding function, the oxygen replenishing module is used for replenishing oxygen into the cab, and the ventilation valve is used for achieving communicating and separating of air in the cab and air outside the cab. The control module is used for receiving parameters of the oxygen content in the cab and parameters of the oxygen content outside the cab, selectively controlling the voice reminding control to remind a driver about the oxygen content in the cab and the oxygen content outside the cab according to the working state, controlling the oxygen replenishing module to replenish the oxygen into the cab till the oxygen content reaches a set value, and controlling the ventilation valve to be opened, so that the driver slowly adapts to the low-oxygen environment outside the cab.
