Abstract

The present invention provides a multi-rotor assembling online dynamic balance test device. The device comprises a dynamic balance analysis system, a data collection system, a detection sensor, a testbench rack and a transmission structure. The data collection system is configured to transmit vibration signals to the dynamic balance analysis system and perform corresponding analysis to obtain response signals generated after a driving rotor is excited by driven rotors, and compare the response signals with an excitation response model obtained through theoretical derivation to determine a correction factor of the model so as to improve the accuracy of the model. Transmission paths appearing in the transmission system can be divided into six basic paths according to the calculation mode ofthe rotor transmission piece wrap angle, and each path corresponds to one set of correction factors.
